Application procedure

If, once an accessible information request or complaint has been submitted, it is denied, the decision is not agreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements outlined in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if twenty business days have passed without receiving a response.

The claim can be submitted by email, as well as the other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Claims will be received and processed by the company.
